- Service Rates and Payment:
- Rates for recording, mixing & mastering, music production, and other services are outlined in our agreement. Payments for services must be made in advance as specified in the agreement.
- Booking and Payment:
- To book our services, clients must contact us at least 3 days in advance. Payment for most services must be made in advance, and cancellation policies apply.
- Delivery:
- Delivery time-frames for recorded, mixed, and mastered tracks are specified in our agreement. Expedited delivery may incur additional charges.
- Studio Rules:
- Clients are expected to adhere to studio rules to ensure a safe and professional recording environment.
- Liability and Termination:
- The Soft Drink Studios is not responsible for loss or damage of client property. We reserve the right to terminate sessions or refuse service for violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior.
- Amendments:
- We retain the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
