At The Soft Drink Studios, we want you to be satisfied with our services. Please review our refund policy below:
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- For music production, mixing-mastering sessions, and composition & lyrics, no refunds will be issued once the project has started or the product is completed.
- Additional Artist Fees:
- Fees for additional artists are separate and not included in our standard rates. Payment for additional artists must be made directly to the artists by the client.
- Delivery Timeframe:
- Refunds will not be issued based on the delivery time-frame, as it may vary depending on the project’s complexity and client requirements.
